  • Provide Human Capital and HR analysis (skills gap analysis, workforce utilization, organizational accountability)
  • Analyze workflow management, conduct requirements analyses and make recommendations to improve staffing, recruiting, employee training, career development, performance measures, and awards and recognition programs
