Knowledge Vortex provides support services to the Redstone Arsenal Network Enterprise Center on the Redstone Information Technology
Services (RITS) contract. RITS supports the Redstone Director of Information Management (DOIM) organization (PEOs, PMs,
etc.) in migrating all Command, Control, Communications and Computers Information Management (C4IM) Common-User services and
functions to the Redstone Enterprise using the Army Single DOIM concept in support of Army Knowledge Management (AKM).
Customers include over 6,000 active duty, contractor and government service employees at Redstone Arsenal and tenant commands,
including SMDC, AMCOM, PEO Aviation, AMRDEC. IT support includes application lifecycle management, responding to and
adapting to technology changes, and business process improvement initiatives, with a focus on data sharing across the enterprise.
