Knowledge Vortex uses several contract vehicles

• AMCOM EXPRESS (Army Aviation and Missile Command Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services)
• SETAC (Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance Contract)
• RITS (Redstone Information Technology Services)
• ENCORE II (Defense Information Systems Agency IT contract)

Knowledge Vortex is in the process of obtaining its own General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule.

Contracting Officers have the option to Sole-source work to Knowledge Vortex (a SDVOSB) if it's determined that Knowledge Vortex is the only qualified SDVOSB available to perform the contract.  The anticipated award price of the proposed contract, including options, can not exceed $3 million.
